Millionaire Michelle Mentorship Program (The Real Estate Connection™)

Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer & Participant Acknowledgment

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the Millionaire Michelle Mentorship Program ("Program") provided by Millionaire Michelle LLC ("Company," "we,"

"our," or "us"). By enrolling in the Program, you ("Participant") acknowledge that you have read understood and agree to the following:

1. Educational Purposes Only

The Program is designed solely for educational and informational purposes.

All materials, discussions, templates, examples, calculators, spreadsheets, videos, live coaching sessions, community discussions, and other content are intended to share Michelle Stevenson's personal experiences, opinions, strategies, and perspectives developed throughout her career in real estate investing and development.

The Program should not be interpreted as legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, lending, engineering, architectural, construction, insurance, or other professional advice.

2. Experience-Based Mentorship

Participant acknowledges that the Program is based upon Michelle Stevenson's personal experience, business practices, and opinions regarding real estate investing and development. Real estate markets, financing, regulations, construction costs, economic conditions, and investment opportunities differ by location and change over time.

Methods, strategies, or recommendations shared within the Program may not be suitable for every individual, investment, business, market, or financial situation.

3. Independent Decision-Making

Participant understands that all investment, financial, construction, lending, business, and legal

decisions remain solely the Participant's responsibility. Before making any investment or business decision, Participant agrees to conduct independent

due diligence and consult with qualified professionals, including but not limited to:

• Licensed attorneys

• Certified public accountants (CPAs)

• Tax professionals

• Financial advisors

• Licensed contractors

• Architects

• Engineers

• Insurance professionals

• Local municipalities and regulatory agencies

4. No Guarantee of Results

The Company makes no guarantees regarding:

• Profitability

• Investment returns

• Property appreciation

• Financing approval

• Construction costs

• Timeline completion

• Business growth

• Income generation

• Real estate success

• Any specific financial outcome

Real estate investing involves risk, including the possible loss of some or all invested capital. Past performance, case studies, examples, or Michelle Stevenson's personal results do not guarantee future results.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participant acknowledges that real estate investing, development, construction, lending, and business ownership involve substantial financial risk. Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with implementing any concepts, ideas, strategies, or recommendations discussed during the Program.

6. No Fiduciary Relationship

Participation in the Program does not create:

• an investment advisory relationship;

• a fiduciary relationship;

• a brokerage relationship;

• a partnership;

• a joint venture;

• an employer-employee relationship; or

• any agency relationship.

The mentorship is educational in nature and does not constitute individualized professional

advice.

7. No Professional Services

Neither Michelle Stevenson nor Millionaire Michelle LLC is acting as Participant's:

• attorney

• CPA

• tax advisor

• financial advisor

• securities advisor

• investment advisor

• lender

• contractor

• architect

• engineer

unless otherwise agreed to in a separate written agreement.

8. Participant Responsibility

Participant is solely responsible for:

• verifying all information before acting upon it;

• performing independent market research;

• obtaining inspections and professional opinions;

• reviewing contracts;

• evaluating investment opportunities;

• complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws;

• making final investment decisions.

9. Third-Party Resources

The Program may reference third-party vendors, lenders, software, contractors, service

providers, websites, educational resources, or professionals. These references are provided solely for convenience and educational purposes. The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding third party products or services.

Participant is solely responsible for evaluating any third-party resource before use.

10. Intellectual Property

All Program materials, including but not limited to:

• videos

• presentations

• worksheets

• calculators

• templates

• documents

• downloads

• graphics

• branding

• curriculum

• recordings remain the exclusive intellectual property of Millionaire Michelle LLC.

Participant may use these materials solely for personal educational purposes.

Participant may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, teach, share, upload, or

otherwise distribute Program materials without prior written consent.

11. Confidentiality & Community Standards

Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of private discussions occurring within the Program community.

Participants may not share:

• member information;

• coaching call recordings;

• community discussions;

• proprietary strategies;

• downloadable resources.

The Company reserves the right to remove participants who engage in harassment, abusive

behavior, discrimination, illegal activity, or repeated disruption of the community.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Millionaire Michelle LLC, Michelle Stevenson, its

owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any

direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from

or related to participation in the Program or reliance on any Program materials.

13. Indemnification

Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Millionaire Michelle LLC, Michelle

Stevenson, and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or legal fees

arising out of Participant's actions, decisions, investments, or implementation of information

obtained through the Program, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. No Warranty

The Program is provided "as is" and "as available."

The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy,

reliability, or suitability of any information provided.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without

regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties regarding participation

in the Program and supersedes any prior discussions or understandings relating to the Program.

Participant Acknowledgment

By enrolling in and participating in the Millionaire Michelle Mentorship Program (The Real Estate Connection™), I

acknowledge that I have carefully read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. I

understand that this Program is provided solely for educational and informational purposes and is

based on Michelle Stevenson's personal experiences, business practices, professional

observations, and strategies developed throughout her career in real estate investing and

development.

While every effort has been made to provide practical and accurate information, I

understand that real estate markets, laws, regulations, financing, construction costs, and business

conditions vary by location and may change over time. I acknowledge that the information

shared within the Program should not be interpreted as legal, financial, tax, accounting,

investment, or other professional advice.

I understand that real estate investing and development involve inherent risks, including the

potential loss of capital, and that no guarantees or representations have been made regarding my

individual success, profitability, investment returns, business growth, or financial outcomes. I

acknowledge that any examples, case studies, personal experiences, or strategies shared

throughout the Program are intended to illustrate concepts and should not be relied upon as

guarantees of future results.

I accept full responsibility for conducting my own independent due diligence before making any investment, business, financial, or legal decisions. I understand that it is my responsibility to

verify information, evaluate opportunities, seek guidance from qualified professionals when

appropriate, and determine whether any concepts, strategies, or recommendations discussed in

the Program are suitable for my individual goals and circumstances.

By participating in this Program, I acknowledge that all decisions I make and actions I take are

my own.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with implementing any ideas, strategies, or

concepts discussed throughout the Program and agree that neither Michelle Stevenson nor

Millionaire Michelle LLC shall be responsible or liable for any outcomes, losses, or damages

resulting from my reliance on or implementation of the information provided.

By signing up to this mentorship programme:

I confirm that I have read and understand this Agreement, accept full responsibility for my own

decisions and actions, and voluntarily agree to these Terms & Conditions as a condition of my

participation in the Program.
